Victories respects the privacy of its members and has established a confidentiality policy to demonstrate its engagement.

These confidentiality policy describes what data we collected, how they are used to and with who they are likely to be shared.

Anonymity

At registration you should provide an username. To preserve the anonymity on Victories, we recommend you not to provide your identity (firstname and lastname) as username.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data communicated by the members during registration are for the exclusive use of Victories and are not transmitted to third parties. In particular, data communicated by the members even when anonymised are not sold.

Your email address provided during registration can be used as identifier to log in on Victories and will be solely used to send you some informations about Victories according your preferences you can update. Your email address will not be visible to other members.

Other personal data (diseases, date of birth, city, hobbies...) can be provided in your profile, as you prefer. These data are used to recommend you others members with similar profile.

Moreover, you can choose visibility private ou public for each data. At any time this private or public status can be updated by the user for each data.

Passive data collection

Victories&Co uses 'cookies' to facilitate your navigation. They are used for example when you have checked the "remember me" to register your login credentials for automatic log in from the same computer. Depending on your Internet browser, it is possible to disable these cookies. In this case, some features such as the one mentioned above will no longer be available.

We also collect information such as IP addresses and connection days to send you personalised data. These data are collected for the exclusive use of Victories&Co and are not communicated to third parties.

Data retention period

The personal data are kept as long as the user wishes to use the services provided by Victories.

The controller and the recipient of your data is Victories&Co, located at 117 avenue Victor Hugo, 92100 Boulogne.

All persons having access to your personal data are bound by a confidentiality obligation.

Right of access, modification, rectification and deletion

Under the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, as amended by the law of 6 August 2004 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a general right of access, modification, correction, portability, limitation, opposition and deletion of your personal data and withdrawal of your consent.

You also have the right to define the fate of your personal data post-mortem.

You may delete your account on Victories and the associated data at any time for any reason by login to the Victories mobile app or on the website in the Menu “My profile” ("Delete account" at the bottom of the screen).

We take all necessary precautions to guarantee the confidentiality of information received against loss, theft, alteration, misuse, access, disclosure and destruction of personal data.

The Victories website is hosted on a Amazon AWS company server.

The www.myvictories.me website has been declared to the French National Commission on Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL) on the following number 1773622.
